At the end of this session, key leaders will understand the importance of being “intentional” rather than “reactive” as a leader.  They’ll learn how to use a strategic planning template called “Mission Planning” to help them identify and achieve high level objectives.  This is the exact planning that is used at all levels in the United States military.
