At the end of this session, key leaders will:

1. Understand the four distinct behavioral styles and the strengths/weaknesses of each style.

2. Have an awareness of their own styles and how overusing their strengths will lead to weaknesses.

3. Be able to identify other people’s behavioral styles and understand how to more effectively communicate and influence them based on their styles.

At the end of this session, the learning that has taken place over the past six months will be reinforced.
