Welcome to “Capital Region Business Owners,” or CRBO (pronounced “Cerbo”). We are the region’s premier business owner group.
Currently, there are over 50 successful business owners in CRBO and we’re adding new members every single month.
If you’re passionate about running your company in the most effective, efficient, and profitable way, you belong in this group. You’ll leave every meeting with at least one action item to help you increase profits while driving company value.

To provide a forum for our members to get out of the day-to-day business and take time to focus strategically and intentionally on our businesses.
To discuss best practices and strategies to increase profitability and company value while enhancing our quality of life.
To leave every meeting with at least one specific action step that we can take to improve our companies and our leadership.
We support each other’s businesses by providing direct business and qualified leads.
We’re building close friendships with like-minded entrepreneurs and business leaders in the region.

Jon has firsthand experience in starting, buying, scaling, diversifying, expanding, and selling companies. Over the past 28 years, Jon has started three different multi-million-dollar companies, purchased one existing company, and sold three of his companies.
In addition to his business owner experience, Jon is a Master Professional Business Coach (MPBC) and former president of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA). The PBCA is an alliance of top business coaches worldwide.
Jon is currently the President and majority shareholder of NightRider Janitorial Services, based in Latham. Recently, Jon has reignited his business coaching and consulting practice, “Jon Denney Intentional Success Coaching.”

Any time a CRBO member has a business crisis or could benefit from an immediate strategy session with peers, the member can call a “CRBO-911,” and we’ll immediately assemble a small group of CRBO members to work as a peer advisory board to help the member with their crisis. Total confidentiality is always preserved.

Any time a member would like to have a strategy session with peers to discuss an area of “stuck-ness” in their business, the member can call a “CRBO-411,” and we’ll assemble a group of CRBO members to help that member get clarity on strategies/tactics to help them achieve their objectives
